Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service. No-shows will be charged 100%. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure future bookings. Refunds are not offered, but if you experience any issues with your lashes, I’m happy to provide a complimentary fix within 48 hours of your appointment. Thank you for understanding!
